Sound familiar?

You didn’t start teaching mindfulness to spend evenings writing scripts.

Most practitioners still hand-write every practice the night before — or reuse one that almost fits. Anxiety, sleep, body scans, kids & teens, groups: the studio personalizes all of it to the person in front of you — then narrates it, prints it, and publishes it under your name, so one hour of work serves your clients, your reach, and your practice’s income.

Therapists & counselors

Before

The night before a session, adapting a generic anxiety script that almost fits the client.

With Studio

Describe the client — their situation, what they're carrying, what they're hoping toward — and get a tailored grounding practice in your chosen voice, with a printable worksheet that goes home under your name.

Yoga & meditation teachers

Before

Reusing the same closing rest class after class, because writing a fresh one takes an evening.

With Studio

A new savasana or closing practice matched to each class theme, generated in the minutes before students arrive.

Coaches & workplace facilitators

Before

Licensing generic audio that never mentions what your client's team is actually carrying this week.

With Studio

A custom reset for their real situation — written, narrated, and shareable as a link they can replay.

45 min → ~2 min

From blank page to a session-ready script. Hand-writing a 10-minute practice typically takes most of an hour.

Narration included

Commissioning one custom recording from a voice artist typically costs hundreds of dollars. Here, narration comes with every plan.

≈ 35 hours a year

Create one custom practice a week and the saved writing time alone adds up to a working week each year.

How it works

From a rough idea to a finished recording.

One quiet workspace — no prompt engineering, no editing suite, no voice booth.

    Describe

    All your nuance, welcome

Tell the studio who it's for, what they're carrying, and what they're hoping toward — and attach your own notes for style and context. The more you bring, the more it's yours.

  2. 2

    Generate

    About 30 seconds

A trauma-sensitive draft — invitational language, grounding cues, and exit ramps by default — tuned to your audience, intention, and pacing.

  3. 3

    Real held silence

Choose from 13 curated meditation voices — 4 on the free plan, all 13 on paid plans. Your pauses become real held silence, not read-aloud stage directions.

  4. 4

    Share

    Under your name

A public page under your name, a printable worksheet, and your recording — a streamable share page for clients, plus the downloadable MP3.

Mindfulness Exercises Studio — Compose
The Studio compose form: describe a meditation, start from an example, attach reference files, choose type, duration, tone, audience, and language mode
The Programs page: a 4-week example arc with weekly session cards and the full anatomy of a composed session — timed agenda, teaching points, science section, guided script, handouts
Animated scroll through a complete teaching review: the practice script, what's working, growth edges, line suggestions replacing striving language with invitational phrasing, measured pacing, and saved review history
The same short practice toggled across four studio voices — Rhea, Theo, Natasha, and Rachel — with the audio player switching samples
A public share page: practice medallion, branded audio player with waveform and background sounds, share and save-card buttons, and the author's byline

Hear the studio

Hear what your words become.

Four audiences, four voices. Every sample below was created with the studio’s own voices and audio pipeline — the same ones you get on every plan. Narration your practice can stand behind — thirteen curated voices, a private clone of your own voice, or a recording you upload yourself.

Arriving for Our Session” — A session-opening grounding practice for anxious clients — Rachel voice, about a minute.

The same words, four voices.

One short practice, unchanged — hear how each voice holds it.

Nine writing styles — try one

The same moment, in nine styles.

Every draft can carry a distinct style — a tradition’s spirit or a storyteller’s warmth. Tap one:

Let your attention settle on the breath — not changing it, just keeping it gentle company for a while.

Styles, never imitations — traditions and archetypes, no cloned teachers. Hear yours in the studio

ProgramsThe Studio flagship

Your expertise becomes a course you can teach — and sell.

The thing practitioners actually sell: describe “a 4-week course for anxious adults” and the studio drafts the arc, then composes every session as a complete teaching unit — timed agenda, teaching points with a plain-language science section, guided script, inquiry questions, pair exercise, journaling prompts, home practice, facilitator notes, and a client handout.

Every practice can go home with your client.

One click turns any meditation in your library into a printable worksheet with your name on it — so the session continues between sessions, and what the client takes home reflects your practice. Four formats, matched to how practitioners actually work:

  • Practice Companion A one-page take-home sheet: steps, a weekly tracker, and tips.
  • Explore & Reflect Client-friendly background on the theme, with journaling prompts.
  • Session Handout A client-ready recap of this practice with the week's home practice.
  • Workshop Packet A multi-page takeaway packet for groups and workshops.

A teaching review on demand

Craft feedback on your practice — language, spaciousness, measured pacing — Studio plan

✗ doesn’t mean impossible — much of this can be pieced together with general AI, separate tools, and manual steps. Here it’s one connected flow.

The difference isn’t smarter AI — it’s everything that happens after the writing is done. Draft your first practice — no account needed.

New — the teaching companion

Practice the hard moments before they find you

The moment a client says “this isn’t working” is a terrible time to practice your response for the first time. Role-play it here first — with realistic personas, live craft coaching, and the evidence one tap away. This is a real conversation with the live companion, exactly as it shipped.

Animated demo: the companion plays Reese, a skeptical client with anxiety, in a role-play. After each practice turn a Coach note names what worked, and follow-up chips written from the conversation appear — including one that turns the conversation into a practice.
A real role-play, captured live: the persona pushes back the way real people do, the coach note lands between beats, and the follow-up chips are written from this exact conversation.
  • Role-play difficult moments — a skeptical client, a participant who freezes, an eye-rolling teen — with a coach whispering craft notes between beats.
  • Follow-up chips written from YOUR conversation, so the next question is always one tap away.
  • Evidence answers that cite only a vetted research registry — never an invented study.
  • One click turns any conversation into a prefilled practice in the composer.
Animated demo: clicking 'Turn this into a practice' distills the role-play into a prefilled meditation description in the composer — oriented outward, no breath instructions, matched to the client from the conversation.
The bridge: one click distills the conversation into a composer-ready practice — for that client, with their needs already in it.
Try the companion — free, no account needed

Six tones, saved conversations, and an educational-only scope it names plainly.

Trauma-sensitive by default · Evidence-informed

Create practices for sensitive situations — with greater care

You never know what someone carries into the room — so the care is already in the draft, informed by four clinical works:

Anchor choice

Scripts offer more than one place to rest attention — breath, sound, touch points — so no one is locked into an anchor that doesn't feel safe.

Grounding cues

Regular invitations back to the body and the room, woven in where drifting or overwhelm is most likely.

Exit ramps

Clear, unashamed permission to open the eyes, pause, or step out of the practice at any point.

Invitational language

“If you like” and “when you're ready” instead of commands — participants stay the authority on their own experience.

And when the territory is delicate, specialist guardrails switch on by themselves.

GriefIntrusive thoughtsForgivenessKidsTeensRelationshipsMeaning & purposeFirst-time meditators

Each territory carries its own rules for what a practice must never do — never arguing with an intrusive thought, never rushing grief, never forcing forgiveness.

Teaching reviewStudio plan

Expert feedback on every practice you make.

Ask for a review and get a structured craft mirror: what your language already does well — tied to your actual lines — the smallest changes that would help, and your real pacing, measured from the recording itself.

It’s the feedback loop that usually lives inside supervision or teacher training — private, on demand, and saved. Practices that feel safer to lead. Language your clients can rest inside. A record of your craft deepening, practice after practice.

Informed by the MBI:TAC (Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Teaching Assessment Criteria) and the studio’s craft guidelines. A reflective aid for your own development — not an official MBI:TAC assessment, and not a substitute for supervision or mentoring; the framework’s authors are not affiliated with the studio.

1

Make or upload a practice

Compose it here and narrate it in a studio voice or your own — or upload a recording you already have.

2

Ask for the mirror

One click, on any practice — and whole programs get their arc and sequencing read too.

3

Teach sharper, visibly

Strengths, line-by-line suggestions, pacing measured from the recording itself. Every review saves, so your growth has a record.

Questions, answered plainly

Is this just another AI writing tool?

No — text is only the first step. The studio turns everything you tell it — who it's for, what they're carrying, your own reference notes — into a finished practice: a trauma-sensitive script, narration in a meditation voice with real held silence, a printable worksheet, and a share page under your name. A writing tool stops at words.

I'm not technical — will I get good results?

Yes. Describe who the practice is for in plain words — or tap one of the example starters — and the studio handles structure, pacing, and language. Refining is one sentence ('soften the ending'), not prompt engineering.

Who owns what I create?

You do. The scripts and audio you generate are yours, with full commercial rights on every plan.

Can I sell the audio or use it with clients?

Yes — on every plan, including Free: sell what you make, use it in sessions, and publish it under your own name. What you create is yours.

Can I upload recordings of my own voice?

Yes — on every plan. Record yourself reading your script (or bring an existing recording), export it as MP3, and upload it to your library. Your recording works everywhere a studio narration does: your share page, MP3 download, worksheets — and it carries an 'In your own voice' credit. Published uploads never get a studio outro added; your voice ships exactly as you recorded it.

What is a teaching review?

On the Studio plan, any practice you make can get structured craft feedback: what its language already does well, the smallest changes that would help, line-by-line suggestions, and measured pacing — when a recording is attached, the audio itself is analyzed, so the speech rate and held silences are your actual delivery, not an estimate. Reviews save to the practice so you can watch your craft change over time, and whole programs can be reviewed for arc and sequencing. It's informed by the MBI:TAC teaching-assessment framework and the studio's guidelines — a mirror for your own development — not an official assessment, and not a substitute for supervision or mentoring.

Can practices be narrated in my own voice?

Yes — on the Studio plan (and for founding members), record about two minutes of yourself reading a short passage and the studio creates a private AI copy of your voice. Every practice you make can then be narrated as you, with the same pacing and held silences. It works only with your own voice, with your explicit consent — cloning anyone else's voice isn't permitted.

Can I publish AI-narrated audio to Insight Timer?

No — Insight Timer doesn't accept AI narration. Publish it on your Studio share page or your own channels instead. If you want a practice on Insight Timer, download the script and record it in your own voice.

Is it really trauma-sensitive?

Our language modes are designed around principles from Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness (David Treleaven), Full Catastrophe Living (Jon Kabat-Zinn), Mindful Self-Compassion (Neff & Germer), and A Clinician's Guide to Teaching Mindfulness (Wolf & Serpa). These works inform our drafting guidelines — their authors aren't affiliated with the studio and don't endorse it. Every draft is designed for your review and adaptation before it reaches the people you serve.

Can I make affirmation cards for my clients or classes?

Yes — the affirmation-card generator is free and doesn't even need an account. Describe who the set is for and print the cards. Saving a set to your library and hearing it narrated is part of the studio, which starts with the 14-day trial; that also adds MP3 downloads and narration in your own voice.

Do you store my clients' information?

No. The studio holds your content — your scripts, audio, and worksheets — not client records. Nothing about the people you serve lives here.

Is there a free trial?

Two kinds of free. Some things are free for everyone, forever, with no account at all: talking with the companion, making and printing affirmation cards, listening to any practice shared with you, and drafting a practice in the composer to read. And your first Practitioner or Studio subscription begins with a 14-day free trial — add a card, try everything, cancel before day 14 and you won't be charged. Returning subscribers restart at the regular price, and founding membership starts immediately because it reserves one of 100 price-locked seats.

How much narrated audio can I generate each month?

Narration is part of the studio, so it starts with the trial. Practitioner includes 5 hours a month plus 1 hour in premium voices — enough for about thirty 10-minute practices. Studio includes 10 hours plus 5 hours in premium voices. Allowances reset monthly, and paid plans can top up anytime if a busy month runs long.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep paid access through the period you've already paid for. After that, your library stays readable, your narrated audio stays streamable on your share pages, and anything you already downloaded is yours. MP3 export and new generation pause until you subscribe again.

Your next session, composed from everything you know.

Fourteen days free on Practitioner and Studio — cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. The companion and the affirmation cards stay free for everyone, no account needed.
