This is the plain-language version — it is also the only version. We collect what the Studio needs to work, we name everyone who touches that data, and we don’t sell any of it.
What we collect
- Your account — the email address you sign up with and, if you share it, your name.
- The meditations you create — the descriptions you type, the scripts the Studio drafts, and the audio it narrates.
- Usage counts — how many scripts and how much audio you generate each month, so we can meter your plan.
- Basic analytics events— which pages and features are used, so we can see what’s working and what isn’t.
Who processes it
A small number of services help us run the Studio. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase — hosts our database and handles sign-in. Your account and your meditations live here.
- Vercel — hosts the website itself.
- Anthropic — drafts your meditation scripts. The description you write is sent to their AI to generate the draft.
- ElevenLabs — narrates your audio. Your finished script is sent to them to render the voice recording.
- Stripe — handles payments. They see your payment details; we never do.
- MailerLite— sends our email. They hold your email address for the messages you’ve signed up to receive.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your meditations with other users or anyone else — what you create is private to your account unless you choose to publish it.
Deleting your data
Email support@mindfulnessexercises.com and we’ll delete your account and everything in it. No forms, no retention tricks.
A note on what the Studio is
The Studio is an educational tool for meditation teachers and practitioners. It is not medical or mental-health care, and nothing it produces is a substitute for either.
